This is how it works-
1.) You pick up the phone and call us at

2.) You tell us what you have for sale. We will ask you some questions about what you have. If we are interested we will schedule a time to come to your location and see what you have, in person.
3.) We negotiate a cash deal with you. We shake hands on the deal. We pay you cash. You hand write us a receipt reflecting what we have purchased from you. We load up what you have sold us and you no longer have to deal with it.
With larger estates and liquidations things cannot always be loaded so fast. We sometimes negotiate to have a sale at your location with a date set for final sale. If we have agreed to purchase everything then we load, donate & dispose of remaining items by the date negotiated.If it is a large estate or liquidation and we do not agree to have a sale at your location we may need several days to move, donate & dispose of everything.
